Wealthbridge Loan Resolution Options:

 

Forbearance Agreement/Payment Plan:

We may be able to delay foreclosure or other legal action if you fulfill a structured payment plan over a specific period of months.

Loan Modification:

We may be able to modify the terms of your original loan to bring your loan current.

Short Refinance:

You may be approved to refinance your property prior to a foreclosure sale for an amount less than what’s owed on the property.

Pre-Foreclosure Sale:

You may be approved to sell your property prior to a foreclosure sale for an amount less than what’s owed on the property

Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure:

You may be able to deed the property to the lender and avoid a costly foreclosure process. Determine which of the documents you need from the following lists then call 877.444.6512.

 

If you are interested in retaining ownership of the home:

  • Completed Financial Statement (click link to the left)

  • Copies of tax returns and W-2 forms for the last year

  • Copies of the last two pay stubs

If you are interested in a pre-foreclosure sale, we require the following additional information:

  • Completed Financial Statement

  • HUD-1 Settlement Statement or Estimated Net Sheet

  • A Sales Contract signed by the borrower and seller or proposed Listing Agreement

  • Senior lienholder payoff letter (if there is a senior lienholder)

 

Upon receipt of these items, we will review the information and provide you with an answer within approximately two weeks from the date we receive the requested items. Please note that an incomplete package will not be considered. All items provided will become the property of Wealthbridge and will not be returned.
