When you send us information about yourself, we use this information to originate or service your loan. We may also from time to time use your information to market other products to you that we feel you may be interested in. The information provided to us on your application or on your loan documents will be available to authorized personnel required to process your request and other third parties we do business with to fulfill our obligations (i.e. credit reporting agencies, underwriting vendors, insurance and tax tracking vendors, etc.). We may also use this information to contact you to collect feedback on our service and survey your experience. The information we collect will be used to improve services offered and enhance our customer’s overall experience. Some examples of how we may use your information include:

The security of our customer’s information is a very serious matter. We restrict access to customer information to persons who need to know that information to perform their specific job duties. Administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used to ensure security and confidentiality as well as protect against potential threats or hazards to the security and integrity of our customer’s information. We strive to ensure that companies we do business with also adhere to these standards. To that end, we use industry standard encryption technologies when receiving and transmitting consumer data exchanged with our external vendors with whom we work as part of the loan origination and servicing process.
